1. What EndCramps is

EndCramps ("we", "us") sells a one-time digital product: a personalized, computer-generated self-care plan based on the answers you provide. The plan is general educational information about lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and over-the-counter self-care for common cramps.

2. Not medical advice

EndCramps is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship. The plan is not a substitute for professional care from a qualified clinician who knows your history. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist before changing supplements or medication, and seek urgent care for severe, sudden, or worsening symptoms. You use the plan at your own discretion and risk.

3. Payment

The plan is sold for a one-time fee, payable in Bitcoin via a third-party payment processor (BTCPay Server). Prices are shown before payment. Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible.

4. Refunds

Because the product is delivered instantly as a digital good, all sales are final and non-refundable. A free sample plan is available so you can evaluate the product before purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or resell the generated plan. The plan is licensed for your personal, individual use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EndCramps and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the plan or website. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
